    One person picks a destination and a coordination style, then shares an invite code or link.

  2. Everyone joins

    Each traveler joins from their own phone — no sign-up. The host approves who’s in.

  3. Get your departure time

    Caravango recommends when each vehicle should leave, based on its own starting point.

  4. Drive in sync

    The group sees who’s on track, delayed, or stopping for gas. ETAs update automatically.

  5. Arrive together

    The trip wraps up when everyone arrives, with a summary of how the journey went.
